Shipping policy

We will ship your order within 5-7 business days from the date you placed your order. If the product is ready and does not require the production of handmade goods for you, shipping is carried out within 2-3 business days.
We always try to send your order as soon as possible 🖤


Delivery within Canada or USA takes some time. It all depends on where you live. Delivery time is not guaranteed.

International Shipping:
Tysha does not charge taxes to any of our customers outside of Canada. Duties/fees are calculated by the customs office of the destination country - these amounts are outside of our control and should be expected.
We will not undervalue goods for customs purposes.


If the goods are significantly delayed or lost, we are not responsible for the return of purchased goods.
Shipments going to USA may be delayed by Customs. The Customs office is in the destination country. Customs delays can alter shipping estimates and are outside of our control.

We use Canada Post or UPS.

Carefully check your data for delivery, namely your Name and Surname, phone number, email, zip code, city and address. In the event of an error, your parcel will not arrive at your place at this time. All costs for incorrect data are borne by the buyer.

Purchases and refund use the exchange rate on the date they are processed. Exchange rates fluctuate over time and are outside of our control. We do not adjust refunds (either up or down) to reflect a difference in exchange rate.

Customers will receive an invoice via email. A shipping invoice will accompany the parcel. These invoices are necessary to clear customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate with the customs office to ensure clearance. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct and complete. TYSHA will not be held responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses. In the case where a shipment is returned to us, the customer is entitled to a refund for cost of goods less shipping charges and any return shipping or customs charges incurred.

Tysha is not liable for damages once the shipment is in the hands of any carrier. If goods appear to have been damaged it transit Tysha will open a case with the carrier. As part of this process photo documentation is required showing damage to the product and the packaging. The customer must keep all packing materials and products until the claim is settled.

If the customer decides to return the product, the customer bears the full cost of return shipping.


Free shipping is offered for purchases made through the TYSHA online store. Free shipping is available within Canada and the United States. Orders must total 150 Canadian dollars before taxes. Free shipping does not apply to special orders or wholesale orders. Tysha reserves the right to withdraw free shipping for low-value, high weight.
